Carol Annang is Country Director for Invest in Africa (IIA) Ghana where she leads the development and execution of activities under the 3 key business platforms: Access to Skills, Markets and Finance.
Carol has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, asset management, pensions administration and capital markets where she helped both listed and unlisted companies raise equity and debt capital through public and private equity.
Carol was involved in the concept development, set-up, and management of a collective savings/retirement scheme for the 300,000 members of the Ghana National Association of Teachers, the largest worker Union in Ghana).
She holds academic credentials in business both at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
