Kwesi has facilitated organization development and change management processes, including whole system re-structuring, team building, and group dynamics retreats. He engages to facilitate transformational change and sustained growth through co-creation with concepts based on simple profound truths. Bringing unique expertise and capability in learning to build new capacities and the competencies required to deal with the mercurial changes. Dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity that seems to be ever present.
